How Do You Lead Through Crisis?

In these challenging times, The M&A Alliance held its CEO Forum discussing "Leading Through Crisis."  I was honored to be on the panel of experts along with my colleagues, Winnie Benjamin, Founder of Stewardship Masters International, Inc., and Kevin Claus, Founder and Owner of Claus Coaching and Consulting LLC.  The discussion was moderated by The M&A Alliance Founder and Managing Partner of The NYBB Group, Kyle Griffith.  We shared best practices, pitfalls to avoid, and ways to engage employees and clients virtually.  Additionally, we spoke about self-care and its importance. A special guest joined us for the conversation -- my friend and Wharton School classmate, Robert Herzog, Founder & CEO of ZogSports and ZogCulture.
